Kenapa Post-Production Penting?
AI video mentah itu belum selesai. Ibarat foto RAW — perlu processing biar jadi “cinematic.” Post-production adalah pembeda antara “video AI yang keliatan AI” dan “film yang gak bisa dibedakan dari produksi tradisional.”
3 tahap post-production:
- Upscale — naikin resolusi, bersihin noise
- Color Grade — konsistensi warna, mood, tone
- Sound Design — voiceover, SFX, music scoring
Tahap 1: Upscaling dengan Topaz Video AI
Kenapa Perlu Upscale?
AI video tools generate di 720p atau 1080p. Tapi:
- Ada compression artifacts
- Noise di area gelap
- Kurang tajam (soft)
- Mau tayang di layar besar (4K)
Topaz Video AI
Topaz adalah gold standard untuk AI upscaling. Bisa:
- Upscale 1080p → 4K/8K
- Denoise — bersihin noise tanpa hilangin detail
- Sharpen — tambahin ketajaman natural
- Deinterlace — bersihin garis-garis
- Frame interpolation — naikin FPS (24 → 60)
Workflow Topaz:
- Import semua clip dari Kling/Runway
- Pilih preset: Proteus (paling balanced)
- Output: 4K, 24fps, H.264 atau ProRes
- Preview dulu 10 detik — cek ada artifact?
- Render semua clip
Settings Rekomendasi:
AI Model: Proteus
Output Resolution: 4K (3840×2160)
FPS: Same as source (biasanya 24)
Encoder: ProRes 422 HQ (untuk editing) / H.265 (untuk final)
Tahap 2: Color Grading dengan DaVinci Resolve
Kenapa Color Grade?
- Tiap AI tool punya “color science” beda
- Shot dari Kling vs Runway warnanya beda
- Lo harus matching semua shot biar kelihatan satu film
- Plus: color = mood (warm = nostalgia, cool = isolasi, desaturated = suram)
DaVinci Resolve (FREE!)
DaVinci Resolve adalah industry standard untuk color grading. Versi gratisnya udah cukup untuk semua kebutuhan AI filmmaking.
Workflow Color Grading:
Step 1: Primary Correction (Match Exposure)
- White balance: samain temperatur warna semua shot
- Exposure: samain brightness
- Contrast: samain kontras
Step 2: Secondary Correction (Mood)
- Color wheels: lift (shadows), gamma (midtones), gain (highlights)
- Warm tone: orange di gain, blue di lift
- Cool tone: blue di gain, teal di shadows
Step 3: Shot Matching
- Pakai split screen — bandingkan 2 shot side by side
- Adjust sampai warnanya mirip
- Simpan sebagai still (preset) → apply ke semua shot
Step 4: Look (Optional)
- Film look LUT (Look-Up Table)
- Grain (subtle!)
- Vignette
Color Grade Presets untuk Mood:

Tahap 3: Sound Design
Voiceover (ElevenLabs)
- Generate voiceover per scene
- Pilih voice yang cocok karakter
- Export .wav, import ke DaVinci
Sound Effects (SFX)
- Pixabay, Freesound, Artlist — gratis/berbayar
- Layer 3-4 SFX per scene (ambience, Foley, emphasis)
- AI SFX: ElevenLabs, Pika SFX generation
Music Scoring (Suno AI / Udio)
- Generate instrumental sesuai mood scene
- Suno: prompt “cinematic instrumental, [mood], [tempo]”
- Udio: lebih cinematic, bisa 2+ menit
- Download audio, sync ke timeline
Mixing di DaVinci (Fairlight):
- Voiceover: -6dB to -3dB
- SFX: -12dB to -18dB
- Music: -18dB to -24dB
- Compressor di master bus
Latihan: Post-Production Mini Project
- Ambil 3 clip dari hasil latihan bab 07
- Upscale ke 4K pakai Topaz (atau pakai free alternative: DaVinci Super Scale)
- Color grade di DaVinci — samain warna semua shot
- Tambahin music dari Suno/Udio
- Export final 4K, 24fps
Target: 1 video 30 detik, 4K, color graded, dengan music.
